Handmade Taggiasca olive caviar.
Inspired by the tradition of growing and harvesting olives, by the sensations and scents of the mill and new oil, it takes back ancient forms of conservation, brine and smoking, to decline them to create a unique product of excellence .
The particular treatment of salting in water is combined with the smoking technique from incomplete combustion of the olive wood.
This is how CAVIAR TIERRA TAGGIASCA was born after months of processing, "terra" like the rich and fertile land that covers the majestic and wild territories of western Liguria, "taggiasca" like the challenge of man, the ancient cultivar, the quality of an exceptional olive.
